The final social programme will be provided on the ISFR 2019 website by February 2019.
During the coffee breaks coffee and tea will be offered as well during the lunch breaks snacks will be offered free of charge in the foyers of the conference rooms. Later you will find a list of restaurants situated within walking distance of the conference venue.
Your personal name tag should be worn during the whole conference. In case of loss no replacement is possible.
We kindly ask you to keep that name tag with you whenever using the public transport – Berlin Suburban Train Ltd. (S-Bahn Berlin GmbH, AB fare zone) – between May, 15 – 18, 2019. This name tag is equivalent to a ticket and has to be shown in case of checking.
The official language of the conference will be English. The congress organizers will not provide translation or simultaneous translation.
Computer with internet access will be available to the participants at the coffee break areas in the Hotel. These computers should not be used longer than 5 minutes per person.

Symposia & paper presentations
The conference language is English. The duration of an oral presentation is limited to xxx minutes. All lecture halls will be equipped with a beamer and a laptop. You are requested to bring your presentation on a CD-ROM or a memory stick.
Please bring your CD-ROM or your memory stick at the latest two hours prior to your session to the media-check. For morning sessions, you might bring your presentation already the evening before.
The posters should be mounted at the day of your poster session between 00.00 h and 00.00 h. Note that all posters which have not been removed on 18.00 h at the day of your poster session will be destroyed.
The poster exhibition will be take place in the Ellington Hotel. The poster boards are 90 cm wide and 130 cm high. The material for mounting the posters will be supplied by the local organizers. No other material should be used.
