Your personal name tag should be worn during the whole conference. In case of loss no replacement is possible.
Please note: The personal name tag cannot be used as ticket for public transportation.

PresentationsSymposia, Oral & Poster presentation

Oral presentations

The language for plenary speeches and for oral presentations is English. The duration of an oral presentation is limited to 10 minutes including discussion.

All lecture halls will be equipped with a beamer and a laptop. You are requested to bring your presentation on a memory stick. Personal laptops will not be allowed.

Please bring your memory stick at least two hours prior to your session to the media-check. For morning sessions you might bring your presentation already the evening before.

Presentations will be deleted after the conference.


The poster exhibition will take place in the conference building. Please refer to the conference program for your poster number.

The poster boards are 96cm wide and 120cm high. The poster should be mounted on Wednesday between 16:00 h and 19:00 h or Thursday between 08:00 h and 13:00 h and should be display until Saturday, 12:30 h. Please note that all posters which have not been removed on Saturday, 12:30 h, will be destroyed.

The material for mounting the posters will be supplied by the local organizers. No other material should be used.

The Poster Walk is scheduled for Thursday, May 16, 2019, 16:30 h to 18:00 h. For the detailed program of the Poster Walks refer to the conference program.
